摘  要:我国现行硕士研究生招考由初试和复试两部分组成,初试涉及国家统一命题科目和招生院校自主命题科目,复试由招生院校自行组织的专业课笔试和面试组成。随着研究生招生规模的逐步扩大,这种实行了30多年的招考方式出现了考试方法单一、科目设置不合理等问题,这些问题产生的原因往往被理解为院校在研究生招考中缺乏足够的自主权。文章在分析了我国研究生招考形式和内容的变迁及美国研究生招考特点的基础上,以中国式GRE在职研究生的招考模式实践为切入点,指出我国研究生招考问题的实质是院校自律性的缺失。The current graduate enrollment system in China consists of a preliminary examination and a re-examination. The preliminary one involves the subject tests designated by the State and universi- ties, and the re-examination includes a written professional test and an interview, which is organized by target university. With the gradual expansion of graduate enrollment, some problems arise from the traditional test system, such as limited examination method and unreasonable test subjects. These problems are often attributed to a lack of autonomy of recruiting institutions in graduate entrance ex- amination. Based on an analysis of the history of Chinese graduate examination and American graduate test system, this paper, taking on-the-job graduate test practice as an example, concludes that the na- ture of graduate test problems is basically related to a deficiency of college self-discipline.
