大众化高等教育人才培养质量标准体系模型构建——基于标准化系统工程理论视角

摘　　要：高等教育人才培养质量标准是衡量人才培养水平和效果的尺度与准则,是高校实施人才培养活动的重要依据和准绳。文章运用标准化系统工程理论的六维方法论模型,基于分层与分类相结合原则,从级别维、性质维、对象维、支撑关系维、强制程度维和制修订状态维六个维度,分别从本科和研究生两个层面构建了大众化教育背景下人才培养质量标准体系的六维结构模型。Talent cultivation quality standard of higher education is not only the criterion of measuring the level and efficiency of personnel training, but also an important basis for higher education institu- tes to implement training activities. Based on the principle of stratification and classification, this pa- per uses the six dimensions of standardization system engineering theory including the level, nature, object, support relationship, forced state and revising to construct a six-dimensional model of quality standard system for both undergraduates and graduates in the context of popular education.
