摘 要:角接触球轴承在组配时,需要按规定的预载荷测量出单套轴承的凸出量,再通过计算确定轴承端面的修磨量,使组配轴承的凸出量相互匹配。分析球径变化对凸出量的影响,在组配过程中若需微调凸出量,只需改变球径即可达到凸出量的相互匹配,无需修磨组配轴承端面。When matching the angular contact ball bearings, it is necessary to measure the protrusion of a single bearing according to the specified preload. Then the grinding quantity of the bearing ring side face is determined by calculation, and the protrusion of the bearing is matched with each other. By analyzing the influence of ball diameter change on protrusion, if needing precise adjustment of protrusion in the process of assembly, the mutual matching of the protrusion can be achieved only by changing ball diameter, no necessary grinding bearing ring side face.
