摘　　要：以专业厂目前的生产组织模式现状为切入点,从精益加工单元构建流程的6个步骤详细论述了精益加工单元在专业厂设计与构建,并分别从减小工时消耗、提高设备利用率、增加产出量、降低操作者劳动强度、提高工艺技术管理水平等5个方面进行了评价,这对其它企业构建精益加工单元将有现实的指导意义。In this paper, the production organization mode of the status quo of professional factory at present as the starting point, six steps to build process from the lean processing units are discussed in detail in the lean processing unit and the construction of professional factory design, and evaluate respectively from five aspects including rdeucing working - hours consumption improving equipment utilization, increasing pro- duction, reducing labor intensity, improving technology management level , it will have practical guid- ing significance for other enterprises to build the lean processing unit.
