摘  要:本文研究了废旧铅酸蓄电池中铅粉再生利用的国内外现状,分析了各种湿法化学处理废旧铅酸蓄电池中铅粉的效率、成本等优缺点,并对废旧铅酸蓄电池中铅粉回收的方法进行了展望。提出采用回收铅制备超细PbO粉体用于铅酸电池的生产,并提高电池的理化性能,这为废旧铅酸电池的再生利用提供了一种高效而绿色的新途径。In the present paper, the authors investigate the present situation of lead in waste lead-acid battery recy- cling at home and abroad, analyze the various chemical wet processing of waste lead-acid battery lead in efficiency, cost and their advantages and disadvantages, and the recovery method of lead waste lead-acid batteries in the future. It is suggested that the direct recovery of ultrafine PbO powder in the production of batteries can be achieved by the use of lead recovery, which can improve the electrochemical performance of lead-acid batteries.
