摘 要:为了解决井口加防蜡剂周期短、降黏工作受季节影响大、结蜡后单井能耗高等问题,通过固体药剂配制、缓释材料和保护膜优选、结构载体设计,研制出一种新型长效缓释防蜡器,并应用于现场试验。试验表明:与井口加防蜡剂相比,平均单井日节电5.2 kWh;长效缓释防蜡器的防蜡率达到了60%以上,通过二级3段来实现有效防蜡,有效期可达2年以上;与油田所应用防蜡剂、固体防蜡器相比,防蜡效果更优。可见,长效缓释防蜡器可作为油田防蜡降黏的一种有效措施。In order to solve problems such as the period of adding paraffin inhibitor at the wellhead is short,viscosity reduction is largely influenced by seasons,energy consumption of the single well is high after paraffin precipitation,a new type of long-term sustained release paraffin controller is studied through preparation of solid pharmaceutical,optimization of slow release materials and protective films and design of structure carrier.The results of the field test show that compared with adding paraffin inhibitor,the daily average energy of single well reduces 5.2 k Wh,and paraffin control rate reaches over 60%.The valid period can be more than 2 years by using two 3-stages paraffin controllers.Compared with paraffin inhibitors and solid paraffin controllers that are used in the oilfield,the effect of the long-term sustained release paraffin controller is better,and the controller can be used as an effective measure to remove and control paraffin in the oilfield.
