摘　　要：越南的革新开放是世界社会主义第二次改革大浪潮的重要组成部分。在从1978年开始的第二次改革大浪潮中,越南坚守社会主义革新道路,大大鼓舞了社会主义国家的改革信念。越南社会主义政治革新的一系列措施和制度建设,在许多方面冲破了苏联社会主义模式的束缚,既为越南的社会主义革新提供了发展的保障,也为当代世界社会主义改革提供了重要的经验借鉴。Vietnam＇ s opening and innovation is an important part of the second wave of the world socialism re- form, which started in 1978. Adhering to the road of socialism innovation, Vietnam inspires the reform conviction of socialist countries. The paper argues that Vietnam has broken through the bondage of the Soviet socialist model with a series of measures and system building innovation, which not only guarantees Vietnamg socialism reform, but also provides important experience for the contemporary world socialism reform.
