摘　　要：适应当前的技术环境和读者的信息需求,图书馆开展的移动参考咨询服务,对作品使用的内容、形式和深度均发生了相应的变化,涉及复杂的著作权问题,也面临众多侵权的风险。为避免侵权风险,移动咨询服务应遵循合法授权与合理使用、利益平衡和非营利三项原则;规范移动咨询中信息收集与传播行为;采取多种积极性防御措施。To adapt to the current technological environment and the readers’ information requirements,in the library mobile reference service,the utilizing of content,form and depth of works are changed correspondingly,which involves complex issue for copyright,and also facies many infringement risks. In order to avoid the risk of infringement,the mobile reference services should follow three principles,which are the legal authorization and fair use,balance of interests and non-profit. We should restrict information collection and dissemination behavior,and take various active defense measures.
