摘 要:云南省普通高校大学生心理健康教育工作,经过多年的不懈努力与积极实践,已经从面向学生宣传普及心理健康知识,对学生进行个别心理援助,到进行心理健康教育课程建设;从内容形式的探索,到心理健康教育工作体制机制的建设与完善;从每所高校自己独自不断开辟工作途径,实践多种方法,到全省普通高校心理健康教育工作平台共建、信息互通、成果共享。一路走来,虽然不易,但成果显著。在实践过程中发现,一些高校心理健康教育工作机构归属存在的问题,不仅制约了学校工作的推进,影响了此项工作的质量和效果,同时还影响到了深化和整体推进云南省普通高校心理健康教育工作,因此值得引起关注。After years' efforts and practice, psychological health education of Yunnan' s colleges and universities has advanced from the stage of disseminating psychological health knowledge and providing indi- vidual psychological aid to one of constructing psychological health education curricula: from exploration in form and content to construction and perfection of system and mechanism of psychological health education ; from efforts of opening up working approaches and practicing different methods by individual colleges and u- niversities to construction of cross - university platforms as well as sharing of information and results regard- ing psychological health education. It has been a hard but fruitful way. Such experience also led to the dis- covery of the issue of belonging of the psychological health education institutions of some of the colleges and universities. This issue is worth our close attention as its existence can hinder the progress of our efforts and undermine their effect, not to mention the possibility of preventing construction of psychological health edu- cation institutions of Yunnan' s colleges and universities in general from going further, deeper and wider.
