摘  要:目的对自制微乳碘的杀菌效果和安全性进行考察与评价。方法通过最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)试验、抑菌率和杀菌率试验评价自制微乳碘的抗菌效果;通过受试动物皮肤刺激性试验和皮内刺激性试验对自制微乳碘的安全性进行考察与评价。结果自制微乳碘对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌的MIC为11.72 mg/L,对白色念珠菌和大肠杆菌的MIC为23.44 mg/L;4种菌的MBC不大于94.0 mg/L;有效碘含量在12.0~90.0 mg/L范围,于2 min内对4种菌的抑菌率、杀菌率均达100%。有效碘含量为1 500 mg/L时对家兔完整皮肤、破损皮肤及皮内均无刺激性反应。结论与该市售碘伏比较,自制微乳碘具有使用安全、起效快、起效浓度低、杀菌效果好等特点,可为临床消毒提供一种新的手段。Objective To investigate and evaluate the bactericidal effect and security of a homemade microemulsion iodine.Methods The antibacterial effect of the homemade microemulsion iodine was evaluated by minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC),minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC),inhibitiory rate and bactericidal rate tests.The safety of the homemade microemulsion iodine was investigated and evaluated by the skin irritation test and intradermal irritation test in animals.Results When bacteria were treated with homemade microemulsion iodine,MIC of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were 11.72 mg/L,MIC of Candida albicans and Escherichia coli were 23.44 mg/L.MBC of the four kinds of bacteria were not more than 94.0 mg/L.When the effective iodine ranged from 12.0 mg/L to 90.0 mg/L,the inhibitiory rate and bactericidal rates of the homemade miroemulsion iodine on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans were all 100% in 2 mins.Furthermore,when the effective iodine was 1 500 mg/L,the homemade microemulsion iodine had no irritation on the both intact and broken skin in rabbits and intracutaneous stimulation test was negative.Conclusion Compared with a commercially available iodine,the homemade microemulsion iodine has some advantages,such as safer,takes effect faster,lower effective concentration and better disinfection effect,which provide a new choice for clinical disinfection.
