摘　　要：目的观察一种新型医用消毒超声耦合剂的消毒效果。方法通过现场消毒试验方法,观察该医用消毒超声耦合剂对B超探头和患者皮肤实际消毒效果。结果该消毒型耦合剂在常规B超检查中使用,可同时有效降低B超探头和患者皮肤上带菌数,消毒效果平均合格率分别达到90%以上和80%以上,可有效防控因超声诊疗引发的医院感染的发生。结论该消毒型超声耦合剂实际使用中消毒效果良好,操作简单。Objective To observe the disinfection effect of a new disinfection ultrasonic coupling agent.Methods Field disinfection method was used to observe the disinfection effect of the disinfection ultrasonic coupling agent to ultrasonic probe and patientsskin.Results When the disinfection ultrasonic coupling agent was used in routine ultrasonic B inspection,the bacteria on ultrasonic probe and patients＇ skin were both decreased,and the qualified rates of disinfection could reach above 90% and 80% respectively.The disinfection ultrasonic coupling agent had no influence to the diagnosis quality in using,and patients had no uncomfortable feel.Conclusion The disinfection ultrasonic coupling agent is simple and has good disinfection effect in actual using.
