三种手消毒剂的持续消毒效果研究

摘　　要：目的了解3种手消毒剂的持续消毒效果和2种清洁剂对手部皮肤的清洗效果,探讨用手套法采样检测手卫生持续消毒效果的可行性。方法采用手套法采样,在实验室观察皮肤清洗液和香皂的清洗效果;采用清洗效果较好的清洗剂洗手后,对葡萄糖酸氯己定醇消毒剂、三氯生消毒凝胶和酒精消毒剂的手持续消毒效果进行试验观察。结果 2种清洗剂清洗效果比较,皮肤清洗液对手部皮肤细菌清除效果优于香皂;采用皮肤清洗液洗手后,用3种消毒剂分别消毒作用3 min,均能达到消毒效果;延长消毒作用分别至1 h、3 h和6 h后,含5 000 mg/L葡萄糖酸氯己定和71.1%乙醇溶液的免洗消毒剂的持续消毒效果较好,各组杀灭对数值差异具有统计学意。结论经手套采样法证明,皮肤清洗液具有较好的清洁效果,葡萄糖酸氯己定醇消毒剂具有较好的持续消毒效果,产品值得在医院推广与应用。Objective To study hand hygiene and sustaining disinfection effect of three disinfectants and cleaning effect of two detergent cleaner,so as to explore the feasibility of using glove sampling to detect sustaining disinfection of hand hygiene.Methods Glove sampling method was used to observe the cleaning effect of Avagard detergent 9230 and soap in laboratory.After washing hands with good cleaning detergent,the effect of sustaining disinfection of chlorhexidine gluconate,triclosan disinfectant,alcohol disinfectant and detergent were observed.Results Compared to soap,Avagard detergent had better hand skin bacteria removal effect.3 disinfectants were used for 3 mins after the use of Avagard detergent,and all could achieve disinfection effect.Extending the disinfectant time to 1 h,3 h and 6 h,the difference of killing logarithm value was statistically significant in 3 disinfectants numerical,the disinfection effect of 3 disinfectants was different.5,000 mg/L chlorhexidine gluconate and 71.1% ethanol solution of disposable disinfectant had better disinfection effect.Conclusion Proved by glove sampling method,the Avagard detergent 9230 has good cleaning effect,and chlorhexidine gluconate compound disinfectant has good continuous disinfection.so it is worthy of promotion and application in the hospital for using these two kinds of products.
