速干型手消毒剂开启不同时期杀菌能力的循证实验研究

摘　　要：目的评估速干型手消毒剂开启30 d后乙醇有效浓度及杀菌能力。方法使用乙醇浓度计对开启后3、5、7个月的A品牌泡沫型、B品牌凝胶型和液体型速干手消毒剂的乙醇浓度进行测试,采用悬液定量杀菌试验法检测手消毒剂的杀菌性能。结果两种品牌的速干型手消毒液开启3个月后的乙醇浓度均在出厂标注的有效浓度范围内。以开启3个月的A品牌泡沫型、B品牌凝胶型手消毒剂原液作用1 min,对悬液内的铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌及黑曲霉菌的杀灭对数值均>5;B品牌液体型对金黄色葡萄球菌和黑曲霉菌的杀灭对数值均>5。A品牌泡沫型开启5个月,对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌和大肠杆菌的杀灭对数值均>5;B品牌凝胶型分别开启5、7个月对黑曲霉和大肠杆菌作用1 min的杀灭效果均符合要求。结论 A、B品牌的速干型手消毒液开启3个月后仍具备合格的乙醇含量和杀菌能力。Objective To evaluate the qualified concentration of alcohol and the bactericidal activity of alcohol-based hand rubs after opeded for 30 d.Methods The alcohol concentration of A brand foam rubs,B brand gels and B brand fluid were detected by using alcohol concentration detector and the bactericidal activity were identified by suspension quantitative germicidal test.Results During the actual application,the concentrations of the alcohol-based hand rub of two brands remained in the valid rang after opening for 3,5 and 7 months.The average killing logarithm（KL）values of Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Staphylococcus aureus,Candida albicans and Aspergillusniger exposed to the stock solution of 3 months-used A brand foam rubs and B brand gels for 1 min were 〉5,as well as the KL of B brand liquid to Staphylococcus aureus and Aspergillusniger.The KL of Staphylococcus aureus,Candida albicans and Escherichia coli exposed to A brand foam rub after opening for 5 months were 〉5,Aspergillusniger and Escherichia coli could be inactivated in 1 min by more than 5 months used B brand gels.Conclusion The three alcohol-based hand rub remained effective for disinfection after start of use for more than 3 months.
