新生儿呼吸道合胞病毒感染综合防控措施研究

摘　　要：目的研究医院住院新生儿呼吸道合胞病毒感染综合防控措施。方法通过病例对照研究和感染监测方法,对某医院新生儿监护病房(NICU)住院新生儿呼吸道合胞病毒感染防控措施及其效果进行对比研究。结果试验组的患儿在咳嗽、气促和湿罗音消失时间上明显短于对照组,且在用氧时间和住院时间上较对照组缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组在院内感染中例数感染率、例次感染率均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强清洁消毒、无菌操作等感染综合防控措施,可以有效地减少院内感染,减轻症状,缩短住院时间和用氧时间,降低住院费用,减轻家长的经济负担,减少后遗症的发生。Objective To study comprehensive prevention and control measures of respiratory syncytial virus infection in hospitalized neonates.Methods Case-control study and infection surveillance were conducted to investigate the preventive measures and effects of respiratory syncytial virus infection in neonatal care unit（NICU）in a hospital.Results Cough,shortness of breath,disappeared time of moist rales of the experimental group children were shorter than the control group,and time of the use of oxygen and the hospitalization time were shorter compared with the control group.The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The infection rate and the case infection rate of the patients in the experimental group were less than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Strengthen the comprehensive prevention and control measures of infection disinfection sterile operation can effectively reduce the nosocomial infection,reduce symptoms,shorten the hospitalization time and the use of oxygen,reduce hospitalization costs,reduce the economic burden of parents,reduce the incidence of complications.
