摘 要:目的了解普通喷雾器和气溶胶喷雾器喷雾对野外驻训营地板房内空气的消毒效果,为野外驻训板房内空气消毒方法的选择提供参考。方法采用平板沉降法采样培养方法,对两种类型喷雾器喷雾消毒野外驻训板房内空气的效果进行评价。结果某部野外驻训板房宿舍内空气中细菌总数明显低于GB/T18883-2002《室内空气质量标准》规定的细菌总数≤16 cfu/皿最低限值。在相同条件下,向板房内空气中喷雾浓度为2 000 mg/L的过氧乙酸消毒液,普通喷雾器喷雾后作用30 min对空气中细菌降低率达70%~79%,气溶胶喷雾器喷雾后作用30 min对板房内空气中细菌降低率达68%~78%。结论野外驻训板房用常量和超低容量喷雾均能有效杀灭空气中细菌,防疫人员在野战条件下可选择适宜防疫装备进行空气消毒,确保官兵健康。Objective To compare the air disinfection efficacy between ordinary sprayer and aerosol sprayer in field simple-room and to provide the basis for scientifically choosing spray equipment to disinfect the air.Methods The air disinfection efficacy of the simple-room by two kinds of sprayer was evaluated by plate sedimentation method.Results The bacteria in the field simple-room was lower than the lower limit(16 cfu/plate)of the indoor air quality standard(GB/T18883-2002).Under the same conditions,The clearance rate of air bacteria was achieved 70% to 79% after 30 min disinfected by the ordinary sprayer with 2 000 mg/L milligram peracetic acid per liter,and the clearance rate of air bacteria was achieved 68% to 78% by the aerosol sprayer.Conclusion The air bacteria in the field simple room was effectively killed by using ordinary sprayer and aerosol sprayer.The antiepidemic staff could carry on the air disinfection by selecting suitable antiepidemic equipment so as to ensure the health of all officers and soldiers.
