摘  要:随着无人机电源的发展,电气测试系统变得越来越重要。由于航空电源系统具有测试信号多、数据量大、处理复杂等特点,要求测试系统具有多通道高速实时同步采集、实时存储等功能。设计了一种基于PXI总线的无人机电气测试系统。该系统采用PXI硬件体系结构,使测试系统具有高可靠性、高精度;以Lab VIEW高效图形化编程语言设计数据采集软件,具有软件开发便捷、可移植性好的特点。经过多次测试考核,该系统性能稳定、满足设计指标要求,同时提高了无人机电源系统测试效率,对复杂数据的监测具有很高的应用价值。With the development of UAV power, electrical test system is more and more important. Aircraft power has a lot of test signals, a mass of test data and complex data processing. So the test system needs to have capabilities of multi-channels high-speed real-time synchronization acquisition and real-time storage. This paper de- signed a kind of UAV electrical test system based on PXI bus. The system uses PXI hardware architecture with high reliability and adopts LabVIEW software with the development of convenience and good portability. After many tests evaluation, the system makes stable performance to meet the requirements of design index. Meanwhile it greatly improves the efficiency of test for UAV power and has great application value for complex data monitoring.
