摘 要:目的分析高血压脑出血患者实施微创锥颅脑内血肿穿刺引流术的手术情况与术后恢复效果。方法 60例高血压脑出血患者,按照随机分组方式分为观察组(32例)与对照组(28例)。对照组患者实行传统大骨瓣开颅血肿清除手术治疗,观察组患者实行微创锥颅血肿穿刺引流术治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组手术总时长和住院时间分别为(69.58±7.54)min、(13.8±2.1)d,对照组分别为(125.28±9.41)min、(19.5±3.5)d,观察组手术总时长与住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为87.50%,明显高于对照组的64.29%(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后1、3、6个月的生活质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压脑出血患者实施微创锥颅血肿穿刺引流术,可有效改善患者术后状况,提升患者恢复速度,可在临床推广应用。Objective To analyze operation situation and postoperative recovery effect by minimally invasive cone intracranial intracerebral hematoma puncture drainage applied in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients. Methods A total of 60 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into observation group(32 cases) and control group(28 cases). The control group received conventional large flap craniotomy hematoma clearance for treatment, and the observation group received minimally invasive cone intracranial intracerebral hematoma puncture drainage for treatment. Clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group and total operation time and hospital s tay time as(69.58±7.54) min and(13.8±2.1) d, which were respectively(125.28±9.41) min and(19.5±3.5) d in the control group. The observation group had obviously shorter operation time and hospital stay time than the control group(P〈0.05). The observation group had much lower incidence of complications than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). The observation group had much higher total effective rate as 87.50% than 64.29% in the control group(P〈0.05). The observation group had obviously higher quality of life scores in 1, 3 and 6 months after operation than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Implement of minimally invasive cone intracranial intracerebral hematoma puncture drainageapplied in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients can effectively improve their postoperative condition and accelerate recovery. This method is worth clinical promotion and application.
