无锡市多元化办医发展现状与问题分析

摘　　要：对无锡市2015年公立和民营医疗机构的卫生资源配置情况和服务情况进行统计分析,发现无锡市多元化办医卫生服务体系初具规模,但社会办医服务量、人员配置、经营效益与公立医院相比仍竞争不足。政府应保障公立医疗机构的公益性,鼓励民营医疗机构向专、精、优发展的同时,完善人才结构,提高医疗服务技术水平,形成可持续、健康发展的多元化办医格局。Statistically analyzed the number of public and private medical institutions, health resource allo- cation and service situation of Wuxi city. Found that in the aspect of the number of private medical institutions, medical organizations with various forms had begun to take shape in Wuxi. However, private medical institutions were less competitive compared with public medical institutions in medical service volume, staffing allocation, and operating efficiency. The government should give protection to the public welfare of public medical institu- tions, and encourage private medical institutions to be more specialized, refined and excellent. Meanwhile, the private medical institutions should improve talent structure, technological level of medical services, so as to form a sustainable and healthy development of medical organizations with various forms.
