摘 要:为解决因抗裂性能差所引起的混凝土耐久性问题,本文研究了不同掺量玄武岩纤维对混凝土早期抗裂性能的影响。采用初裂时间、最大裂缝宽度和裂缝总面积为评定指标,对体积掺量为0.05%,0.1%和0.15%的玄武岩纤维混凝土早期抗裂性能试验进行分析,并研究了玄武岩纤维在混凝土中的阻裂机理。结果表明,在混凝土中掺入适量的短切玄武岩纤维可以延迟混凝土初裂时间,并且可以有效控制裂缝的扩展,裂缝总面也有显著降低。掺入玄武岩纤维混凝土可有效提高混凝土的早期抗裂性能。The influence of different amount of basalt fiber on early cracking resistance of concrete is studied in this paper, to solve the problem of concrete durability caused by poor crack resistance. The initial cracking time, maximum crack width and total crack area were used as evaluation indexes, to analyze the early crack resistance of basalt fiber reinforced concrete with 0.05%, 0.1% and 0.15%, and the crack resistance mechanism of basalt fiber in concrete was studied. The result shows that by adding basalt fiber into concrete can reduce the initial cracking time of concrete was delayed, and it can effectively control the crack growth, the total crack area of the cracks is also significantly reduced. Early cracking resistance of concrete can be improved effectively by adding basalt fiber into concrete.
