摘　　要：以用户为中心的设计思想在移动教育环境设计中的应用日益受到人们的关注,用户体验的评价是一个全面、综合的体系,涉及多个层次,而且众多度量指标具有不同的属性,因此本文依据模糊评价提出一个基于层次分析法的模糊综合评价模型,用来评估产品的易用性,并为设计开发者提出相关的改善建议。本文主要针对英语单词类APP:百词斩、拓词、扇贝,选取内容有效性、界面设计质量和用户使用体验为评价要素,进行评价及改善研究,具有一定的理论意义和现实意义。The application of user-centered design idea in the design of mobile education environmfnt has been paid more and more attention. The evaluation of user experience is a comprehensive and integrated system involving multiple levels, and many metrics have different attributes. Therefore, Fuzzy evaluation A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP is proposed to evaluate the usability of the products and to provide suggestions for the design developers. This paper aims at the evaluation and improvement of English vo- cabulary APPs： BaiCiZhan, toWords, ShanBay, content validity, interface design quality and user experience as evaluation elements, which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
