摘　　要：在现代社会,科研工作在每所医院工作中都处于非常重要的地位。科研水平会受到科研工作质量的直接影响,因此,科研秘书作为直接或间接的科研工作参与者,需要具有良好的素质,包括思想政治素养及良好的职业道德等,同时加强科研秘书的管理也是重中之重的任务。In modern society, scientific research work played an important part in each hospital. The development of scientific research was directly affected by the quality of scientific research work. Therefore, as a direct or indirect participant of scientific research, scientific research secretaries needed to have good basic qualities, including ideological and political quality, professional ethics. In addition, strengthening the management of scientific research secretaries was also very important.
