摘 要:本文对采用2200MPa级别钢绞线的挤压锚固拉索进行锚固性能研究,成功研发了一种适用于旧桥换索的强度级别高、锚具外径小的拉索锚固结构。经有限元分析,在不增加锚具直径的条件下,适当增加挤压余量和挤压长度,优化了挤压锚结构及参数。静载试验证明,改进措施有效地提高了锚固性能,拉索的锚固效率系数符合标准要求,为预埋管尺寸受限的旧桥换索工程提供了很好的解决方案。In this paper, through the study on squeezing anchorage performance of 2200MPa strand cable , a suitable cable anchorage structure, with small diameter anchor and high strength grade, is successfully devel- oped for the replacement of old bridge cable. Through finite element analysis, the structure and corresponding parameters were optimized by increasing squeezing allowance and length of the anchorage without increasing the anchorage diameter. The results of static load test showed that the developed method can effectively improve the anchorage performance, and the anchorage efficiency coefficient of the cable met the requirements of the stand- ard. The method provides a good solution for the cable replacement of the old bridge with embedded pipe of re- stricted diameter.
