摘　　要：提高卫生计生行政执法人员办理案件的能力与技巧,确保医务人员、患者和公众放射诊疗的安全。方法:通过分析一起医疗机构放射诊疗设备工作场所未经验收合格即投入使用的案例,依据法律相关程序和条款,详细介绍评析案件办理过程中的难点和重点。结果:该医疗机构已完全履行10万元卫生行政处罚罚款。结论:规范放射诊疗行为,努力提高放射卫生监督执法人员办案质量,为今后对放射诊疗机构的监督管理提供借鉴和参考。The objectives are to improve the ability of health family planning administrative law enforcement personnel to handle cases,to ensure the safety of medical staff and patients in radiation therapy,and to ensure the safety of the public in radiation therapy.Through analyzing a cases of radiological diagnosis and treatment medical institutions equipment without acceptance certificates,this paper detailed discussed the emphasis and difficulty in the process of the case according to the laws and regulations related procedures and provisions.The medical institution has been fully performed health administrative penalty fines of 100000.This paper proposed to regulate the behavior of radiological diagnosis and treatment,and strive to improve the quality of radiation health supervision,which provide reference to supervision and management of radiological diagnosis and treatment in future.
