摘 要:研究由CaO、Al_2O_3、硅藻土组成的复合添加剂及其对生物质成型燃料灰分特性的影响。结果表明:复合添加剂中Ca、Al、Si最佳的物质的量之比为1∶2∶1;复合添加剂各成分及燃料成分之间发生化学反应,生成KAlSiO_4等熔点较高的物质。把大部分的碱金属控制在底灰中,可减少受热面上的沉积量,克服单一添加剂产生的问题,但复合添加剂未完全阻止低熔点钾盐的生成,会改变Cl的赋存形式,因此彻底解决沉积和腐蚀问题还应进一步确定复合添加剂的添加量。The effect of compound additives consisting of CaO, A1203 and diatomaceous earth on the ash property of the biomass forming fuel was studied. The results show that the optimal ratio of Ca:AI: Si in the compound additives is 1:2: 1; when the compound additives are added into the fuel, the chemical reaction between the components of additives and fuel starts, then KA1SiO4, etc. high melting point product are produced. If keeping the most of alkali metals in bottom ash, the deposit amount on heated surface can be reduced, the problem created by single additive can be overcome. However, the compound additives cannot completely prohibit the creation of sylvite with low melting point and change the existing form of chloride. Therefore, solving deposition and corrosion problems completely still needs identifying the added amount of compound additives.
