摘  要:针对含分布式光伏及蓄电池且具有一定负荷削减能力的民用负荷系统,考虑多种响应激励机制,建立以用户响应效益最大化为目标的需求响应决策模型,仿真用户响应行为。利用响应决策模型,仿真分解分析民用负荷配备光伏、储能设备后需求响应策略变化及响应效益的增益,探讨影响民用负荷系统光伏和储能设备容量配置的响应激励机制。算例分析表明,所提出的模型可为民用负荷系统光伏及家用储能配备以及需求响应激励机制决策研究提供理论支持。The residential load system containing interruptible load with distributed PV and storage battery was studied, several kinds of response excitation mechanism were considered to set up the decision model of requirement response with the goal of maximizing user response benefit, simulating user response action. The response decision model was used to simulate and analyze the tactics change of requirement response and response benefit increment for residential load equipped with PV & storage devices, discuss the response excitation mechanism affecting the capacity configure of PV and storage device for residential load system. The example analyses show that proposed model can provide theoretical support for PV and storage configure of residential load system and decision research of requirement response excitation mechanism.
