组织印记视角的P2P创业者行业经验与可持续发展关系研究

摘　　要：近年来,P2P网络借贷的快速发展引起了企业界和学界的广泛关注。本文从组织印记理论的视角剖析了P2P创业者的行业经验与企业可持续发展之间的关系。运用中国排名前100名P2P网络借贷企业的相关数据,对行业经验、企业年龄和企业可持续发展之间的关系进行实证检验。研究发现P2P创业者的行业经验对企业可持续发展具有正向影响,企业存续期正向调节创业者行业经验对企业可持续发展的影响。In recent years, the rapid development of P2P network lending in China has aroused wide attention from the criclle of business and academy. From the perspective of organizational imprinting, this paper explores the re- lationship between industry experience of P2P entrepreneurs and sustainable development. By analyzing the related data of top 100 P2P network lending firms in China, an empirical test of the relationship among industry experience, firm age and sustainable development indicates that industry experience of P2P entrepreneurs has a positive effect on the cor- porate sustainability and fn-m age moderates positively the influence of the entrepreneurs＇ industry experience on corpo- rate sustainability.
