摘　　要：宣钢二钢轧厂利用现有工艺装备,通过对复吹转炉冶炼、LF炉外精炼、150 mm方坯连铸、高线等各工序主要工艺控制点进行深入研究,成功研发SWRH42A、SWRH47A、SWRH62A等系列钢种,产品应用于石油平台用钢丝绳、电梯用钢丝绳、胎圈钢丝等,质量满足用户使用要求。By using existing technology and equipments, through depth study on the key technology of each process in blowing converter smehing, LF refining, 150 mm continuous casting billet, wire and other control points, the SWRH42A, SWRH47A, SWRH62A and other series products of steel were successfully developed in the second steelmaking and rolling mill of Xuanhua Steel. The above products are applied in steel wire rope making, steel wire for elevator, tire bead wire rope and oil platform. Their quality can meet user requirements.
