摘　　要：创业环境碎片化导致大学生无法有效地识别创业机会和整合创业资源并最终实现创业。实证分析证实,创业环境可以让大学生创业者捕获到更多创业机会,创业资源和创业机会是大学生成功创业的主要抓手。因此,政府应该营造好创业氛围,大学生创业者要立足市场需求并通过利益机制有效获取创业资源和创业机会。Fragmetatation of entreprcneurship environment results in the fact that college students cannot effectively identify en- trepreneurial opportunities or integrate business resources to succeed in starting business. Empirical analyses confirm that en- treprcneurship environment can help college students capture more entrepreneurial opportunities and that entrepreneurship re- sources and opportunities are the key factors for the success of entrepreneurship. Therofore, government should create good en- trcpreneurship environment, and college students＂ entrepreneurs should base on market demand and effectively capture en- trepreneurial resources and entrepreneurial opportunities through the profit mechanism.
