摘 要:在微观的环境下分析和研究压痕尺寸效应,可以为探索薄膜和微机械材料特性提供有力的理论基础和技术指导。用两种试验方法对厚度为100μm的3J21合金箔片进行纳米压痕试验,从试验中获得3J21合金箔片的力学性能参数。通过分析试验数据可知,3J21合金箔片压痕在微纳米级范围内存在明显尺寸效应。利用3种常用的压痕尺寸效应模型对3J21合金箔片的压痕尺寸效应进行描述和分析,结果表明这3种常用模型能够有效地描述3J21合金箔片的压痕尺寸效应,并且后两种模型能较为准确地预测其真实硬度值。In the microscopic environment, analysis and research on the size effect of indentation can provide apowerful theoretical basis and technical guidance for exploring the characteristics of thin film and micro mechanicalmaterials. Using two kinds of test methods, the nano-indentation tests are performed on the 3J21 alloy foil of100 p,m thickness, from which the mechanic parameters of the 3J21 alloy foil are obtained. The experimental dataindicates that there is significant indentation size effect in the miero-nano scale. Three kinds of models are used todescribe and analyze the indentation size effect of the 3J21 alloy foil. The results show that these three models caneffectively describe the indentation size effect and the latter two models can accurately predict the true hardnessvalue of the 3J21 alloy foil.
