摘 要:测定了硫酸钙颗粒在不同颗粒浓度和卤水浓度中沉降高度与时间的关系,测量的实际值与理论值做了对比,并分析了硫酸钙颗粒浓度和卤水浓度对硫酸钙颗粒沉降速率的影响。结果表明:沉降速率随硫酸钙颗粒浓度和卤水浓度的增加而减小;实验中的实际值远远小于理论值;硫酸钙颗粒浓度从5%(体积分数,下同)增至20%时,介质浓度高的沉降速率下降快;卤水浓度升高时,颗粒浓度高的沉降速率下降快。在纯水中,硫酸钙颗粒浓度为5%时,硫酸钙的沉降速率为19.1 mm/min。在卤水质量浓度为360 g/L、硫酸钙颗粒浓度为20%时,硫酸钙颗粒的沉降速度仅为0.33 mm/min。The relationship between the settling height and time of calcium sulfate particles in different particle concentrations and brine concentrations was determined, the measured actual values and the theoretical values were compared.The effects of calcium sulfate particle concentrations and brine concentrations on the sedimentation rate of calcium sulfate particles were analyzed.Results showed that the deposition rate decreased along with the increasing of the concentrations of calcium sulfate granules and brine.The actual values in the experiment were much smaller than the theoretical values.When the calci- um sulfate particle concentration increased from 5% to 20% (volume fraction, same below), the sedimentation rate of the high concentration was decreased much more rapidly.As the brine concentration increasing, the sedimentation rate of high calcium sulfate particles was decreased quickly.The sedimentation rate was 19.10 ram/min in fresh water when the concentration of calcium sulfate particles was 5%.The sedimentation rate of calcium sulfate particles was only 0.33 mm/min when the mass concentration of brine was 360 g/L and the concentration of calcium sulfate was 20%.
