摘 要:岩盐的溶解速率是影响岩盐开采效率与采卤浓度的关键因素。通过对江苏淮安地区的硫酸钠型岩盐在不同温度、不同氨碱废液浓度、不同流速下的溶解速率研究发现,硫酸钠型岩盐的初始溶解速率与温度和流速成正相关,与溶液中的氨碱废液浓度成负相关,溶解速率随时间呈指数衰减。实验结果表明:55℃下的岩盐的静态上溶初始溶解速率为25℃的2倍,溶液中岩盐氨碱废液与淡水体积比为1∶16的岩盐的静态上溶初始溶解速率是配比为1∶8的1.6倍,循环流量为20 L/h的溶解速率为12 L/h条件下的3.78倍。本研究为岩盐开采与氨碱废液注井水溶开采硫酸钠型岩盐工艺提供指导依据。The dissolution rate of rock salt is the key factor affecting the efficiency of rock salt mining and brine extraction concentration.It was found through the experimental study on the dissolution rate of sodium sulfate type rock salt in Hual'an region,Jiangsu at different temperatures,ammonia alkali waste liquid concentrations, and flow rates.The initial dissolution rate of sodium sulfate type rock salt was positively correlated with temperature and flow velocity, and negatively correlated with ammonia alkali waste liquid concentrations.It was also found that the dissolution rate exponentially decaying with time.h was concluded that the initial dissolution rate of rock salt at the temperature of 55 ℃ under static solution was twice of that of the temperature of 25℃G.The initial dissolution rate of rock salt with the volume ratio of ammonia alkali waste liquid and fresh water for 1:16 was 1.6 times of that with the volume ratio of 1:8,and the dissolution rate with the circulation flow rate of 20 L/h was 3.78 times of the rate for 12 L/h.This study can provide reference for rock salt mining technology of ammonia alkali waste liquid injection wells.
