摘 要:以碳还原法生产碳酸锶产生的锶废渣为原料,以质量分数为30%的硝酸酸浸废渣中的锶盐,研究了该浸取工艺中浸取时间、溶液pH、浸取温度对锶浸取率的影响。在单因素实验的基础上,以锶浸取率为响应指标,采用响应面分析法确定了最优锶浸取率的工艺条件:浸取时间为90.89 min、溶液pH为1.08、浸取温度为22.76℃。在此条件下得到实际测量值为82.07%,与理论预测值82.14%基本吻合。该研究可为提高锶资源的利用率提供参考。Strontium salt was extracted with 30% (mass fraction) nitric acid from strontium slag produced in the strontium carbonate production by carbon reduction method.The influences of leaching time, pH of the solution, and leaching tempera- ture on the strontium leaching rate were investigated.On the basis of single factor experiment, taking the strontium leaching extraction rate as response indicator,the optimal Sr leaching process conditions were confirmed by response surface analysis method: leaching time was 90.89 min, pH of the solution was 1.08, and extraction temperature was 22.76 ℃.Under those con- ditions,the actual measurement value was 82.07% which basically met the theory predict value of 82.14%.This study can provide the reference for the improvement of strontium resources utilization.
