摘 要:以硼酸生产过程产生的母液为原料,采用碳铵法制备碱式碳酸镁,将其作为吸附剂,针对硼酸母液中铁离子的去除开展研究。结果表明,在氧化剂用量为0.04 mol、吸附剂用量为0.7 g、絮凝剂用量为2 mL(1 g/L)、反应温度为60℃、反应时间为5 min、处理母液量为100 mL(母液中铁质量浓度为2.5 g/L)的条件下,制得的碱式碳酸镁为4MgCO_3·Mg(OH)_2·4H_2O。该方法对母液中铁离子的去除效果明显,去除率达到99.33%,为解决母液零排放提供了依据。Basic magnesium carbonate was prepared by carbon-ammonia method with mother liquor from boric acid production as raw material and using it as the absorbent to remove the iron ions in mother liquor of boric acid.Results showed that the obtained basic magnesium carbonate was 4MgCO3· Mg (OH)2·4H2O, under the conditions of oxidant dosage of 0.04 mol, adsorbent dosage of 0.7 g, flocculant dosage of 2 mL ( 1 g/L ), reaction temperature of 60 %, reaction time of 5 min, and mother liquor dosage of 100 mL (Fe mass concentration of 2.5 g/L). The method had an obvious iron removing effect,which reached 99.33% and provided a basis for the zero discharge of mother liquor.
