摘 要:以九水合硝酸铝、尿素为原料,正硅酸乙酯、水玻璃和硅溶胶为硅源,用水热法制备不同硅源改性的拟薄水铝石。采用XRD、BET、SEM和NH_3-TPD对样品做了表征,并将样品制备成催化剂进行柴油加氢活性评价。结果表明:与硅未改性的拟薄水铝石相比,不同硅源制备的硅改性拟薄水铝石,其样品的比表面和孔体积均变大,制备的催化剂均具有较好的加氢性能。其中,以水玻璃为硅源制备的硅改性的拟薄水铝石制成的催化剂加氢性能最佳,脱硫率达到97.8%,生成油十六烷值提升至36。Silicon modified pseudo-boehmites were prepared by hydrothermal method, with aluminum nitrate and urea as raw materials, and with ethyl silicate, sodium silicate, and silica sol as the different silicon sources.The samples were characterized by XRD, BET, SEM, and NH3-TPD.The evaluation tests of diesel oil hydrogenation activity were conducted.Results showed that the specific surface area and pore volume of silicon modified pseudo-bohmite made by different silicon sources were both increased, and the catalysts had good hydrogenation performances.Among them ,the catalyst that was prepared by siliconcontaining pseudo-bohmite made with sodium silicate as silicon source had the best hydrogenation performance.The efficiency of desulfurization reached 97.8%, and generating oil cetane number increased to 36.
