摘　　要：介绍了耐烧蚀分层织物芯输送带覆盖胶的研制。覆盖胶的优化配方为:SBR 1500E 100,N330 45,氧化锌8,硬脂酸2,防老剂3,软化剂6,阻燃剂29,导热剂3,结碳剂5,硫化助剂3.5。采用优化配方覆盖胶生产的耐烧蚀分层织物芯输送带性能良好,能够满足用户的使用要求。This paper introduced the development of conveyor belt cover compound of ablation resistant layered fabric core. The optimizing formulation of cover：SBR1500E 100, N330 45, zinc oxide 8, stearic acid 2, antiager 3, softener 6, flame retardant 29, thermal conductive agent 3, caking agent 5, Sulfide additives 3.5. The performance of optimization formula cover from ablation resistant layered fabric core conveyor belt was good, which can satisfy the use requirement of users.
