摘　　要：新型农业经营主体是赣南产业扶贫的主要抓手。调研发现,虽然新型农业经营主体与贫困户建立了稳定的带动关系,实现了企业创收与农民增收双赢,但是,目前仍然存在不少问题。为了进一步发挥新型农业经营主体精准脱贫带动作用,需要完善四个方面的政策:出台涉农保险、设施农业等方面的扶持政策,加大培育新型职业农民的工作力度,进一步健全新型农业经营主体与贫困户的利益联结机制,进一步完善土地等政策。The new type of agricultural enterprise is the main measure of getting rid of poverty in Gannan. Survey shows that the new type of agricultural enterprise has established stable driving rela- tionships with the poor households; and achieved a win -win business income and farmers income. However, there are still some problems. In order to play a further leading role of agricuhure opera- tors in getting rid of poverty, the government needs to improve the policy in the following four as- pects. It comprises setting up support policies such as the agricultural insurance and agricultural fa- cilities; making greater efforts to foster new type of professional farmers; improving further the new type of benefit coupling mechanism between agricultural operator and poor, and improving further the land policy and other aspects of support policy.
