丹参注射液联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效及对炎性因子、凝血指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨丹参注射液联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效及对炎性因子、凝血指标的影响。方法:选取2015年2月—2016年2月新乡医学院第三附属医院收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者90例作为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分组,单号为观察组,双号为对照组,每组45例。对照组患者给予美沙拉嗪治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用丹参注射液治疗。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为95.56%(43/45),明显高于对照组的80.00%(36/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者白细胞介素8、肿瘤坏死因子α水平明显低于对照组,白细胞介素10水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者血小板计数、纤维蛋白原水平明显低于对照组,血小板平均体积明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹参注射液联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效显著,可改善炎性因子水平和凝血功能。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the efficacy of Danshen injections combined with mesalazine in treatment of ulcerative colitis and effects on inflammatory factors and coagulation indexes. METHODS： 90 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted into Xinciang Medical College the Third affiliated Hospital from Feb. 2015 to Feb. 2016,in accordance with the order of admission,odd number as the observation group,even number as the control group,with 45 cases in each. The control group were treated with mesalazine,while the observation group were additionally given Danshen injections based on the control group. RESULTS： The total effective rate of observation group was 95. 56%（ 43/45）,significantly higher than that of control group [80. 00%（ 36/45） ],with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）.After treatment,the lnterleukin-8,tumor necrosis factor-α level of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,yet the lnterleukin-10 was higher than that of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The blood platelet count,fibrinogen levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,yet the average platelet volume level was higher than that of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of Danshen injections combined with mesalazine in treatment of ulcerative colitis is remarkable,which can improve the treatment inflammatory factors and coagulation indexes.
