临床药师参与支气管扩张伴咯血患者的药学监护

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师在支气管扩张伴咯血患者止血与抗感染治疗中作用。方法:临床药师参与1例支气管扩张伴咯血患者止血与抗感染治疗方案的调整、疗效评估及不良反应监测,为患者提供药学监护。结果:临床药师对止血药物及抗菌药物的应用情况进行药学监护,及时发现治疗过程中存在的问题,并提出了解决办法,有效控制了患者病情。治疗17 d,患者病情平稳后出院。结论:临床药师参与临床药物治疗实践,有利于提高临床药物治疗水平,促进临床合理用药。OBJECTIVE：To probe into the role of clinical pharmacists in patient with bronchiectasis and hemoptysis. METHODS： The clinical pharmacists participated into the adjustment of hemostasis and anti-infenction treatment for one case with bronchiectasis and hemoptysis, the evaluation of efficacy and monitoring of adverse drug reactions, and provided pharmaceutical care. RESULTS： The clinical pharmacists provided effective pharmaceutical care on application of hemostasia drugs and antibiotics for the patient during the treatment, timely identified the problems and proposed relevant solutions, and patient＇ s disease had been under control. After treatment of 17 d, patients discharged. CONCLUSIONS： The clinical pharmacists participate into the practice of medication can help to improve the level of drug treatment and promote the rational drug use in clinic.
