摘 要:以漂白针叶木浆为原料,研究了2种生物酶辅助磨浆对纸张抗张指数、撕裂指数和耐破指数等强度指标的增强效果;并通过外接电表,考察了2种生物酶辅助磨浆的节能效果。结果表明:生物酶B辅助磨浆在提高成纸强度方面具有优势,抗张指数增强节点出现在生物酶用量为0.03%(以绝干浆质量为基数计,下同)处,耐破指数、撕裂指数的增强节点均出现在生物酶用量为0.01%处:生物酶A辅助磨浆在节能方面具有优势,并且生物酶A辅助磨浆的节能效果基本不随打浆程度的变化而改变.当打浆度为75。SR时.打浆能耗节约27.76%。The effects of two kinds of biological enzymes auxiliary flakes on the tensile index, tear index and burst index of paper were studied by using bleached softwood pulp as raw material.And through the external meter, the energy saving effects of two kinds of biological enzymes assisted refining were investigated. The results showed that the biological enzyme B assisted refining had an advantage in improving the paper strength. The tensile index enhancement node appeared at 0.03% of the biological enzyme addition, and the enhancement node of the burst index and tear index appeared at 0.01% of the biological enzyme addition. The biological enzymeA auxiliary refining had advantage in saving energy, and the energy saving effect did not change with the change of the beating degree. When the beating degree is 75 ~SR, the beating energy consumption saved 27.76%.
