摘　　要：良莠不齐的P2P网络借贷平台给投资者的选择提出了挑战。为了挖掘平台特征,对平台质量进行评价,从而辅助投资者选择合适平台,文章构建了P2P网贷平台的综合评价指标体系,基于指标数据运用Two Step和Kohonen模型对516家尚在正常运营的平台进行聚类,并基于用户评论数据验证聚类结果的可靠性。Two Step模型的分类结果能够更好地区分平台质量,该模型结果表明以人人贷为代表的一类平台表现最佳,建议投资者选择,用户评论验证了这一结果。P2P lending platforms are of varying quality, which has imposed a challenge about how to select investment platforms for inventors. In order to excavate the features and evaluate quality of platforms, thus assist inventors in selecting appropriate platforms, the article established a comprehensive evaluation index system of P2P lending platforms and implement cluster analysis on 516 P2P platforms in normal operation with TwoStep and Kohonen model based on the index data, and verified the applicability of this method based on the reviews. The result of TwoStep model distinguishes quality of platforms better. Given the clustering result, the article suggests inventors paying attention to the forth kind of platforms represented by renrendai, com. The customer reviews verified the result.
