用户体验视阈下的智慧图书馆研究

摘　　要：随着智慧时代新智能技术群的不断涌现,为智慧图书馆和智能服务的最终实现提供了无限可能性。文章在界定智慧图书馆用户体验构成的基础上,比较分析了智慧图书馆与传统图书馆、数字图书馆用户体验的差别,结合虚拟现实技术、智能机器人技术、无人借还技术等新智能技术群的技术特征,重构了智慧图书馆的用户体验,设想了智慧图书馆及其智慧服务对用户体验的影响。可以预见,伴随着智能技术群的不断发展,在智慧图书馆服务过程中,用户对于所接受信息的准确性、及时性以及接受服务所获得的感知体验必将呈现质的变化。Since the coming of Smart Earth era, the realization of smart library and intelligent service has become possible due to the constant emerge of new intelligent technologies. Based on the composition of the user experience in a smart library, this paper analyzes the differences on user experience between the smart library and the traditional or digital one. It rebuilds the user experience in a smart library, with the help of virtual reality technology, intelligent robot technology and unmanned borrowing technology. What＇s more, it explores the impact of the smart library and its intelligent service on the user experience. It can be predicted that with the continuous development of the intelligent technology group, the accuracy and timeliness of the received information and the perceived experience gained by the intelligent service will change in the process of the intelligent library service.
