摘　　要："互联网+"的大背景下,跨系统区域图书馆联盟作为一种兼具跨界优势和区域特色的图书馆服务发展模式,成为图书馆间合作共享资源的优先选择。文章首先总结了跨系统区域图书馆联盟的资源建设现状,进而在分析联盟资源整合与关联数据关系的基础上,搭建起关联数据支持下的跨系统区域图书馆联盟资源整合框架,并对URI复用机制、RDF链接机制、数据安全机制等整合实现机制进行阐释,以求为相关研究提供基础与参考。Under the background of ＂Internet ＋＂, the regional cross-system library consortia has gradually become the most preferred mode of library service development due to their transboundary advantages and regional traits. The paper summarizes current situation of resource convergence with regard to domestic cross-system regional library consortia in the first place. On this basis, it analyzes the relationship between the resource convergence of consortia and linked data, then it builds a framework of consortia＇s resource convergence based on linked data. Furthermore, it expounds several implementation mechanisms of the convergence, such as URL reuse mechanism, RDF link mechanism and data security mechanism.
