摘 要:针对目前钢框架梁柱在弱轴方向上半刚性连接的研究匮乏,应用有限元软件ABAQUS对半刚性节点进行了研究,并基于一种新型节点域箱形加强式工字形柱弱轴连接的研究成果,在该种节点上进行顶底角钢连接研究。应用ABAQUS软件对模型进行非线性有限元模拟分析,首先将试件进行单调加载分析,并与试验结果对比分析,对比发现总体上吻合较好,从而验证了有限元的有效性。再通过有限元程序ABAQUS将梁柱采用新型节点域箱形加强式节点作顶底角钢连接,并与其他几种连接节点形式对比,通过计算得出各种节点的梁柱连接荷载-位移曲线、初始刚度、极限弯矩以及角钢的极限弯矩等。研究发现新型节点域箱形加强式节点连接的极限弯矩是传统弱轴连接形式的1.2倍,是第一类T形板件弱轴连接形式的1.12倍,是第二类T形板件弱轴连接形式的1.08倍,表明其具有更好的抗弯性能,另外其初始刚度是传统弱轴连接形式的1.35倍,受拉角钢的极限弯矩是传统弱轴连接形式的1.32倍。There is little research about the top-and-seat angle minor axis semi-rigid connection of beam-column joints in steel frame,therefore,semi-rigid joints were studied by the finite element software ABAQUS,and according to the research findings about a new type of box strengthen-joint region connection for weak axis of I-section column,the top-andseat angle steel connection was studied.The nonlinear finite element simulation analysis on the model was performed by ABAQUS,the specimens were analyzed under monotonic loading and agreed well with the experimental results,which verified the validity of the finite element.Then the new box strengthen-joint region connection was used in beam-column joint as top-and-seat angle connection by the finite element software ABAQUS,and compared with several other joints.The load-displacement curves,initial stiffness,ultimate bending moment and ultimate moment of angle for beam-column connections of various joints were calculated.It was shown that the ultimate moment of new box strengthen-joint region connection was 1.2 times of that for traditional weak axis connection,1.12 times of that for the first kind of T plate weak axis connection form,1.08 times of that for the second kind of T plate weak axis connection form.The results showed that it had better flexural behavior,while its initial stiffness was 1.35 times of that for the traditional weak axis connection,the ultimate bending moment of tension angle was 1.32 times of that for the traditional weak axis connection.
