摘  要:济南嘉德中心工程主楼因结构功能的变化,需对其进行改造和加固。基于原有地下室顶板的设计承重荷载达不到运输作业车的承载要求问题,对地下室顶板钢结构加固的方法进行了介绍。分析和研究得出:在支撑柱段长1/2处以上500 mm处设置吊点,其竖立后上端拉设揽风绳,下端楔入斜铁块,采用千斤顶支顶支撑柱,并在柱底灌注掺适量微膨胀剂水泥砂浆,保证了支撑柱顶紧混凝土梁;支撑梁采用"铁扁担+倒链"的方法吊装并在梁下端设置吊点,其顶紧混凝土梁后,将支撑梁与锚板进行焊接,增强了型钢混凝土组合结构的连接性能。The main building of Jinan Jiade Centre needs to reconstructre by structure function changing.Based on the designed bearing load of pre-existing basement roof did not achieve the bearing requirements of transport vehicle,introducing steel structure reinforcement method to reinforce the basement roof.Throught the analysis,the results showed that the lifting points should be installed on the support column at half length up to 500 millimeters,the top of the support column arranged cable rope after it stood,the lean-iron was inserted to the bottom of the support column.It adopted jack to jack-up the support column and pour into cement mortar which mixed a balanced amount of micro expansive agent at the bottom of support column,so as to ensure the support column tightly support the concrete beam.The support beam hoisted by iron shoulder pole and chain block method and laid out lifting points at the bottom of support beam,the support beam and anchor plate were welded together after it tightly supported the concrete beam,it enhanced the connection performance of steel reinforced concrete composite structure.
