摘  要:以实验室A/O-SBR反应器活性污泥为研究对象,从EPS分层的角度研究了厌氧/好氧周期中疏松结合胞外聚合物(LB-EPS)和紧密结合胞外聚合物(TB-EPS)的磷含量和形态及其金属元素含量与类型,明确了LB-EPS和TB-EPS在强化生物除磷(EBPR)中的作用。结果表明,EBPR过程是细菌细胞和TB-EPS共同作用的结果,LB-EPS和TB-EPS在EBPR中发挥不同的作用。LB-EPS中转和滞留正磷酸盐(ortho P),细菌细胞直接释放和吸收ortho P;TB-EPS是磷的主要贮存库,参与了生物聚磷,其聚磷酸盐(poly P)发生了厌氧分解和好氧合成。细菌细胞释放和吸收ortho P以及TB-EPS的poly P厌氧分解和好氧合成过程均伴随着K和Mg的释放与吸收,说明K和Mg是EBPR过程中的重要金属元素。Taking a lab-scale A/O-SBR reactor as object and fractionating extracellular polymer substances (EPS) into loosely-bound EPS (LB-EPS) and tightly-bound EPS ( TB-EPS), the content and species of phosphorus (P) and the content and type of metallic element in LB-EPS and TB-EPS during the anaerobic and aerobic cycle were researched, in order to clarify the roles of LB-EPS and TB-EPS on enhanced biological phosphorus removal (EBPR). The EBPR process was contributed to the combined action of both microbial cell and TB-EPS, and the roles of LB-EPS and TB-EPS on EBPR were distinct. LB-EPS only transported and retained orthophosphate (orthoP), and microbial cell directly released and absorbed orthoP. Importantly, TB-EPS not only was a reservoir of P, but also participated in the accumu- lation process of P, of which polyphosphate (polyP) was decomposed and synthesized during the anaero- bic and aerobic cycle. During the process of orthoP release and uptake in microbial cell and polyP de-composition and synthesis in TB-EPS, the release and absorb of K and Mg happened in both microbial cell and TB-EPS, indicating that they were key metallic elements in EBPR process.
