摘 要:目的研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清中白介素17(IL-17)及血清白介素18(IL-18)的表达水平及临床意义。方法选择2015年3月~2016年2月就诊于我院的慢阻肺患者和慢阻肺并2型糖尿病的患者作为研究对象,将其分为COPD组、COPD合并T2DM组、并选择同期体检人员30名为对照组。检测血清IL-17和IL-18含量。结果 COPD组、COPD合并T2DM组患者血清IL-17和IL-18含量高于对照组(P<0.05),COPD合并T2DM组患者血清IL-17和IL-18含量高于COPD组(P<0.05)。结论COPD合并T2DM组患者血清中IL-17,IL-18水平更高,通过测量血清中IL-17,IL-18的含量,说明T2DM参与慢阻肺的炎症过程,从而为慢阻肺的防治提供新的研究方向。Objective To study on chronic obstructive pulmonary disases(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, COPD ) patients with type 2 diabetes( type 2 diabetes mellitus ,T2DM ) serum interleukinl7 ( IL-17 ), and serum concentrations of interleukinl8 ( IL-18 ) expression and its clinical significance. Methods Patients with COPD and COPD with type 2 diabetes in our hospital from March 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the subjects ,were divided into COPD group, COPD complicated with T2DM group ,and selected medical staff of 30 in the same period as the control group. Detection of Serum contents of IL-17 and IL-18. Results The levels of serum IL-17 and IL-18 in COPD group and COPD complicated with T2DM group were higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) . The serum IL-17 and IL- 18 levels in patients with COPD combined with T2DM were higher than those in group COPD( P 〈0.05 ). Conclusion The IL-17 and IL-18 levels in serum of patients with COPD combined with T2DM were higher,and the T2DM was involved in the inflammatory process of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by measuring the levels of IL-17 and IL-18 in serum,which provided a new direction for the prevention and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
