重组人干扰素不同制剂联合高频电刀治疗女性生殖道尖锐湿疣96例效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察干扰素外用与干扰素皮损内注射治疗女性生殖道尖锐湿疣(CA)的疗效与不良反应。方法将96例女性生殖道CA患者随机分为两组,干扰素外用组(48例)采用重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾片配合高频电刀治疗,干扰素病灶内注射组(48例)采用重组干扰素α-2b皮损内注射配合高频电刀治疗。结果两组治愈率、复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)转阴率、不良反应率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论干扰素栓阴道给药,不良反应小,治愈率高,复发率低,能有效地减少HPV病毒负荷量,疗效肯定。Objective To analyse the efficacy and adverse reaction of different preparations of recombinant human interferon in the treatment of female genital condyloma acuminate （ CA ）. Methods Ninty-six CA patients were randomly divided into the external use group and the injection group,48 in each group. Both groups underwent topical treatment of High-frequency electrotome surgery. In addition, the external use group were treated with recombinant human interferon α-2b vaginal effervescent tables and the injection group were treated with intralesional recombinant human interferon α-2b injection. Results Compared with the injection group, the difference in cure rate and recurrence rate had no statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）, but the external use group showed lower adverse reaction rate and higher HPV clearance rate, those differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion High-frequency electrotome combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b vaginal effervescent tables is a good treatment for condyloma acuminate. It is an effective treatment that can cause little adverse reaction rate and increase recurrence rate and cure rate and can effectively reduce the load of HPV virus.
