摘 要:为了考察硫酸盐环境中高温水热养护砂浆的早期性能劣化特征,采用六种不同C_3A含量的水泥制备成砂浆试件(水胶比为0.45),置于60℃的高温水热环境中养护3d后浸泡于10000mg/L硫酸钠溶液中进行了210d浸泡试验。测试了不同侵蚀龄期试件的变形性能及弹性模量。结果表明,随着侵蚀龄期的延长,不同C_3A含量的高温水热养护砂浆试件呈现出先收缩后不断膨胀的规律,而试件的弹性模量则逐渐增大;砂浆试件的长度变化和侵蚀龄期间满足一元二次多项式关系。在210d的硫酸盐侵蚀浸泡条件下,经高温水热养护的高抗硫酸盐水泥砂浆不能有效提高试件的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能。In order to study the performance characteristics of water heat curing mortar in sulfate solution, the mortar specimens were prepared with 0.45 water to binder ratio and six different kinds of C3A content Portland cement. The mor- tar specimens were cured at 60℃ in water for 3d and the long-time immersion sulfate attack test in 10000mg/L Na2S04 solution was carried out. The correspondence of length change and young modulus variation with sulfate attack time was analyzed respectively. The test results show that the water heat curing mortar specimens with different kinds of C3A content Portland cement expand gradually and the young modulus of the mortar specimens are increased with the increasing of ero- sion time. The relationship between length change and erosion time highly meet the quadratic polynomial fitting. The high sulfate resistant Portland cement could not improve the sulfate resistance of the mortar specimens significantly when they are immersed in Na2SO4 solution for 210d after cured at 60℃ in water.
