摘　　要：局麻椎间孔镜下治疗腰椎间盘突出症行腰椎间盘突出物摘除术，术中疼痛诱发呼吸性碱中毒1例，予以低流量二氧化碳吸入后转归良好。Respiratory alkalosis happened in one patient during the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with transforaminal endoscopic diseeetomy under local anesthesia was successfully treated by low concentration CO2 3 L/min and O2 5 L/min.
