摘　　要：目前，汉民族服饰群体的组织机构建设不够完善，汉民族服饰文化的群众影响力不足，汉民族服饰尚不具备申遗条件。因此首先应该加强汉民族服饰群体的组织建设，只有使其成为一个能够引领文化持续传播下去的可靠组织。才能通过各种手段提高汉民族服饰文化的社会影响力，才能成功地将汉民族服饰文化申请并列入《世界遗产名录》的非物质遗产保护项目，才能凭借国家的扶植政策更好地保护、传承、发展汉民族服饰文化．使其作为中华民族宝贵的文化遗产熠熠生辉。At present, the organization construction of Chinese national dress group is not perfect,the dress culture of the Chinese nation＇s mass influence, Chinese national dress does not have the inscription conditions, So we should strengthen the organization construction of Chinese national dress group,only to become a reliable organizational culture can lead the continued spread of it ,in order to improve the dress culture of th Chinese nation＇s social influence through various means, in order to successfully apply the dress Culture of the Chinese nation and the intangible cultural heritage protection projects included inthe ＂world Heritage List＂.In order to better support policies,with national protection, inheritance and development of Chinese national costume culture,the precious cultural heritage of the Chinese nation shine.
